Terms and conditions
Destination arrival for packages is within two to three working days. The delivery time will depend primarily on item availability and shipping service. During checkout, we will show you our preferred shipping service and their corresponding prices and timeframes. Note some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items from the same region -- these items are clearly labelled with the special timeframe on the product detail page (as well as in checkout). If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.
Please be sure to provide a valid street address for all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 15 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number during this 15-day period to qualify for a refund. Email email@example.com to request an RMA number. Additional instructions are emailed to clients once RMA number is issued.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
